My name is Elisa Fu, I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker, and I founded Feeling Baseline LLC, a practice rooted in love for my cultural heritage and all the peoples impacted by generational trauma. I have been in the therapy world since 2021 and in the social work fields since 2015.
My Approach
I offer accessible and personalized trauma-informed psychotherapy services formulated around evidenced-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness for folx that are OVER the typical talk therapy and want support that is goal oriented. I work primarily with adults and offer specialized support for AAPI, neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+ femmes. As an experienced therapist I provide specialized individual sessions all focused on the femme minority experience in the State of Washington. I’m dedicated to empowerment, building independence so that I become a mere step along in your journey to being your real self.
